With a wealth of experience in the sporting domain, Neil Craig’s coaching career is a demonstration of his enduring influence and strategic acumen in developing successful teams. Craig began his coaching journey with Norwood from 1991 to 1995 before assuming the role of senior coach for the Adelaide Crows in 2004.

After stepping down from the Crows in 2011, he moved on to become the Director of Sports Performance at Melbourne in 2012. Craig also had a brief spell as a caretaker senior coach at Melbourne in 2013, winning one game out of the 11 he coached.

His career then led him to Essendon, where he held various coaching and managerial positions before joining Gold Coast Suns as a part-time consultant in December 2019.
